The Foundation & Early Growth (1979 – 1982)

After dedicating twenty years (1962–1982) to mastering industrial engineering, marketing, and heavy equipment sales with Simplex Engineering, our founder Mr. Jhaverchand Vira formally established Jai Enterprises in 1979. Utilizing his profound mechanical know-how, he independently executed complex projects, including the landmark installation of 20 industrial weighbridges for the Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP). By 1982, we officially began our foundational partnership with Raychem, supplying advanced jointing and termination solutions to the sector.

Decades of Expansion (1986 – 2016)

As the business expanded into a family enterprise, our capabilities multiplied. We successfully partnered with Sandvik for specialized precision cutting work and secured a landmark order of 40 machines for the Bhilai Steel Plant in 1999. Starting in 2007, Jai Enterprises redefined its operational scope by expanding into government electric board utilities. We became pioneers in the region, introducing critical AB-Cable, HD, and LD cable solutions to CSPDCL. Continuing to push technical boundaries, we were the first distributors to introduce covered conductors to CSPDCL and became the first company to successfully execute underground cabling within the state of Chhattisgarh in 2016.

By the end of 2016, our relentless commitment to quality culminated in us becoming authorized dealers for an elite roster of industrial brands, including Raychem RPG, TVS Sundaram Fasteners, Ralli Wolf, Bipico, Indian Tools (Birla Precision).

Modernization & The Future (2019 – 2026)

With the entry of the third generation, we continued to innovate and modernize our portfolio. By 2026, we updated our technical offerings to become authorized dealers for cutting-edge solutions, including Polycab (wires, cables, lighting, fans, PVC, and switchgears), Hex (specialized electrical accessories and lightning protection), Tor.ai (state-of-the-art AI energy management and predictive maintenance tools).
