Joining the business in 1986, the late Mr. Ketan Vira was the visionary force behind the company's expansion into the government utility sector. Although a B.Com graduate by education, his pure dedication, diligence, and hands-on learning transformed him into a top-tier electrical expert, widely consulted by major industries in Chhattisgarh—including Jindal Steel and Power in Raigarh and various operations in Korba—as well as critical government departments like CSPDCL and NSPCL.

He single-handedly spearheaded the introduction of major developments in the state, making Jai Enterprises the very first to introduce AB Cable, HT and LT Cable solutions, covered conductors, and underground cabling contracts to Chhattisgarh.
