How to choose and fit it

Wattage. This LED gate light is 20 W. The lantern wattage is fixed: fit one on each pillar at the same height, and for a long drive add garden poles every 6 to 8 m rather than looking for a brighter lantern.

Colour. 3000 K warm white gives a soft, yellowish light that suits gardens, gates, resorts and facades; 4000 K neutral white is a balanced white for campuses and parking; 6500 K cool white looks the brightest and is the usual choice for roads, yards and security lighting.

Fitting. Fit the lantern over a pole or pillar spigot of the listed diameter, connect through a weatherproof junction and secure it as the fitting provides (usually grub screws). Fit the pair at the same height on both pillars.

Ordering. Quote the item code from the variant rows above (for example LP1801020WW) with the quantity; mixed lots of colours are fine.
